I'm getting a PostScript error when I try to print?
We are aware of problems printing from some older Macintosh computers and are working to resolve the problem. In the meantime here is what you can do to print your file. With your document open in Acrobat, click to print your document. In the printer dialogue box, you'll see a dropdown box underneath the displayed name of your printer--it will likely read "General". Click on this dropdown box and choose "Acrobat Reader x.x". Under print method select "Print as image". Finally, uncheck both "Fit to page" and "Annotation options", and send your job to the printer.

Can I get a printed copy of my order?
You can order a printed, three-hole punched copy of your order directly from the site. When asked during the checkout process select "print and ship." We will send your PDF file to a printer who will print your order on three-hole punched paper and ship it to you. This service incurs an additional charge.

What is the difference between a "field guide" and a "guide?"
